What happens once my FBA shipment reaches the Amazon FC?
Once your products are shipped to the FC, you can track its progress on the Shipping Queue page under the Shipments tab. Shipment statuses are:
• Delivered: your shipment got delivered to the FC, but not yet checked-in.
• Checked-in: your shipment has been moved from the facility yard to the dock door and is ready to be unloaded.
• Receiving: scanning of your shipment ID labels and units are in progress and will be available for

• Closed: all units are positively received in your shipment. If your products were in transit to a FC prior to the shipment being closed, your shipment will continue to be received. Do not, however, send inventory on a closed shipment as this may result in overage charges and the inventory not being properly received by the FC.

How does Amazon handle customer returns/refunds and customer service for my FBA orders?
With FBA, Amazon provides customer service and handles returns for all your FBA orders on your behalf.
Returns: when a customer returned product comes back to a FC, the condition of each item is assessed to determine if the item is sellable or unsellable. If sellable, it will be returned to your inventory and made available for purchase again, if unsellable, we will assess who caused the damage and determine the eligibility reimbursement.
Refunds: a refund is a customer credit for all or part of the cost of a purchased item. In some cases, customers are issued a “return less refund,” meaning the customer isn’t required to send the item back to the fulfilment centre but will still benefit from the credit. Some items that are not eligible for return may be eligible for a refund

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Pan-European FBA work?
After you’ve sent your products to an EU fulfilment centre, we’ll store your inventory across our fulfilment centres in the EU countries that you enabled for inventory placement in order to meet anticipated customer demand. We distribute your inventory across these countries at no additional cost. You can track your Pan-European FBA offers by using all of your standard reports and tools.
Pan-European FBA will only become active for a product after two conditions are met:
1) You have created an active FBA offer in all of the Amazon European stores listed as required on Pan-European FBA inventory.
2) You have sent your products to an EU fulfilment centre and enabled inventory placement in at least two countries among Germany, France, Italy, Spain or Poland. Belgium and the Netherlands are currently not options for Pan-European FBA inventory placement.

This programme allows FBA sellers with an EU account to store their inventory in local fulfilment centres and fulfil orders from other EU stores, maximising inventory control and flexibility. To sell between the UK and the EU using Remote Fulfilment, you must have the following:
• Access to both the UK and the EU stores in your Seller Central account
• Shipping programmes and export settings enabled. For EU to UK fulfilment, all EU stores must be enabled for export (Germany, Italy, France, Spain). If you have more than one EU account, each account must be managed separately.

What is FBA Sell-Through Rate?
The FBA Sell-Through Rate is the number of units sold and shipped in the last 90 days divided by the average number of units in stock. In Seller Central, this metric is shown on the inventory dashboard and updated daily. Maintaining a 90-100 percent in-stock rate is considered good.
