When you sell to business customers, you need to provide them an invoice after shipping your order. So Amazon created a perfect tool for you – VAT Calculation Service – to make the process easy and completely automatic.

What will the VAT Calculation Service do for you?
• The VAT Calculation Service will calculate the VAT for your product and automatically generate VAT invoices on your behalf making them directly available to customers via their Amazon account.
• It will give you detailed information on calculations & invoices generated.
• It will automatically display prices without VAT on your offers to business customers, making your prices more competitive. (Businesses tend to base their buying decisions on prices excluding VAT, so we will compare VAT-exclusive prices where available to determine the featured offer.)
• It will display a badge “Downloadable VAT Invoice” on your offers, letting business customers know they are guaranteed to receive an easily downloadable invoice for their purchase.

If you wish to create your own invoices, you also have the option to upload them and we will deliver to your customers.

Business pricing & quantity discounts

Access pricing customization tools to set pricing only visible to business customers
Business pricing means offers that are lower than your retail prices to encourage business customers to purchase your products.

When you set a business price, these special offers are only available to registered Amazon Business customers. While your products will be visible to all Amazon customers, only registered Amazon Business customers can see and buy at your business price. All other Amazon customers will see your set retail price.
There is also a possibility to set a business-only offer in case you prefer your product to be available only to business customers (B2B) and not to consumers (B2C).

Quantity discounts are set for bulk purchases. You can offer tiered discounts to business buyers for purchasing larger numbers of items.
