Julian Richer set up shop in London Bridge in 1978 with the mission to give customers great-value audio products, keep overheads down and prices razor-sharp. Since then, Richer Sounds has expanded its business to 51 sites across the UK. Richer Sounds also made the national press in 2019 when it became a proudly employee-owned organisation.
We spoke to Richer Sounds’ Amazon Account manager Sam, to get his thoughts on the Programme: “We joined to have a consistent point of contact; someone who was able to help us develop. We have received some great strategic growth guidance - the best related to FBA product recommendations, which significantly increased sales on those lines.
